Neighborhood Youth and Family Counseling has been serving the Richardson community since 1977. We provide individual family counseling, assist victims of violent crimes (VA), and offer programs for at-risk youth.
We receive referrals from the RISD, Richardson Courts, Police and Fire Departments, churches, hospitals, and other local agencies.
